CompareMyDrafts is provided free of charge for personal and commercial writing use. The comparison and editing features run entirely in your browser; you are responsible for your own content and for keeping your own backups of anything important.

Provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve your data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

Features currently free may move to a paid tier as they mature; anything you have already created remains yours. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
